The protocol doctrine, architecture design, governance frameworks, and original textual content published on manssa.io are protected by copyright. The identification of MANSSA® as "Africa's Reserve Protocol" and the "First-Holder doctrine" are original proprietary expressions.

No license, express or implied, is granted by your access to this site to use any intellectual property of MANSSA Foundation or its affiliates. Permitted uses are limited to personal, non-commercial viewing of the site content in the ordinary course of accessing a publicly available website.

Article 8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use, to the extent they concern MANSSA Foundation and the publication of the manssa.io site, are governed by Swiss law. The competent courts for any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms relating to MANSSA Foundation are the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.

Disputes relating specifically to the regulated activities of the Moroccan regulated entity are subject to the BAM + AMMC regulatory framework under Moroccan law (Bill 42.25). Disputes relating specifically to the technical operations of MANSSA Labs SARL are governed by Moroccan law, with competent courts being the Moroccan commercial courts.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence, to the extent that such laws apply to your use of this site.
